Colorado’s Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that Donald Trump’s name cannotappear on the state’s presidential ballot in 2024, reports show. The court ruled forthe watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, which challenged Trump’s eligibility under the 14th Amendment’s ban on insurrections from holding elected office, according to a court filing.
