Citizen allegedly abducted at gunpoint during dramatic Toronto police chase of stolen U-Haul truck

Toronto police have arrested the driver of a stolen U-Haul truck downtown believed to be involved in the stabbing of a police officer two weeks ago after he allegedly abducted a citizen at gunpoint on Wednesday.
