My delusional nine-year-old thinks we are in a different tax bracket based on her Christmas list, what happened to toys?
A MUM has been left stunned by her nine-year-old daughter’s lavish Christmas list this year as she asks what happened to toys.
The mum took to social media to share the list which she revealed was way out of her tax bracket.
In the clip, she said: “I just found out that my nine year old thinks we live in a different tax bracket.
“Here are some examples of things that she put on her Christmas list this year.”
She first started with a pair of Uggs that her daughter wanted which cost £100 as well as a pair of Nike trainers.
A luxe Sol de Janeiro gift set worth £42 was also on the list which included shower gel, moisturiser and body spray.
“Girl, shut up,” was the only comment the mum made about her daughter wanting designer leggings.
A full skincare set of Glow Recipe – an influencer favourite was also on her daughter’s wish list form Santa this year, which her mum was stunned by.
“Come on. This girl’s nuts. She’s nine. Oh, hell no. $85?
“Girl, I use like, Nivea for my face,” she added.
Her young daughter had also asked for a £350 Apple Watch so she can track her heart rate and check texts all at the same time.
The mum finished the video adding: “I don’t think she’s gotten the memo about inflation and the economy right now.
“Anyone else dealing with this s**t?
“There’s not even a single toy on the list.”
The clip posted to her TikTok account @cocobelle2000 has since gone viral with over 2million views and 149k likes.
People were quick to share their thoughts in the comments – with many parents claiming her fancy Christmas wish list was because her daughter spent too much time online.
One person wrote: “This list yells ‘too much screen time.'”
Another commented: “I blame screen time bc how does this happen.”
“Screams too much screen time, time to get her off TikTok and stuff,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “Not giving my kid internet access in elementary school is what prevented this from happening to us.”
