I’m a midsize mum with a belly overhang & natural boobs – trolls can keep scrolling, I know I’m beautiful

A WOMAN has hit back at trolls who can’t accept her body shape.

Jessica Rout, a body confident mum-of-one to daughter Belle, regularly shares videos of herself getting ready for the day – teaching women to love their postpartum body.

The stunning brunette posed in front of the mirror revealing that she was ‘just here to normalise bodies that also look like mine.’

“If you cant accept that all bodies are completely different then scroll on by,” she told the haters.

In the clip, she posed in a bra with an oversized shirt and captioned the post ‘overhangbelly.’

Jessica added: “This is completely normal, you don’t need a flat stomach to be beautiful.

“Your body is a miracle, you are beautiful and sexy and amazing don’t listen to what anyone else says.”

The mum is super proud of her ‘mum tum’ and stretchmarks and urges others to feel the same about their body.

“If you’d have said to me years ago that I’d share my overhang on a video to thousands of people, I’d have probably had a breakdown,” she added.

“BUT here I am, nearly 7 months postpartum, overhang, rolls, cellulite, stretch marks… SHOWING YOU that it’s OK.

“We might not look like what society deems the ‘perfect bod’ BUT when we’re 80 in our rocking chairs looking back on our lives, seeing our children and grandchildren living their lives, do you really want to regret always hating your body?”

In another clip, the mum shared herself putting on a bodysuit, adding: “DRESS MY MUM TUM Trying to normalise bodies that look similar to mine.”

The mum has amassed over 15k followers and over 200k likes over on her TikTok account @jessicalrout.

While the mum has had her fair few trolls lurking in the comments, people were generally positive in the comments section of the post.

Many thanked Jessica for sharing her realistic body and making them love their own.

One person wrote: “You are so beautiful and inspiring, love the look.”

Another commented: “God, I thought I was the only one, a real unfiltered woman.”

“Beautiful mama,” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “Good on you girl your beautiful you should be proud of yourself.”

Someone else added: “Absolutely beautiful, a true woman.”

However, it seemed not everyone was as complimentary.

One cruel troll wrote: “Interesting build.”

“Careful when picking up women at the club guys,” claimed a fifth.

In response to the haters one woman wrote: “She’s way out your league.”
