Child abusers Ruby Franke and Jodi Hildebrandt in sexual relationship, niece suggests

The crimes against the children came to light when Franke’s 12-year-old son, who was thin, covered in wounds and had duct tape around his ankles, escaped through a window of Hildebrandt’s house in the southern Utah city of Ivins
