Ant and Dec tease ‘groundbreaking’ Limitless Win moment as contestants climb over a million pounds in new series
Fan-favourite TV duo Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are returning for a “groundbreaking” new season of their popular game show Limitless Win in January.
The 48-year-old presenters confirmed that in the upcoming series, which has already been filmed, more contestants than ever have climbed the ladder to bag over a million pounds.

And, of course, Ant and Dec will be front and centre.
Along with the upcoming series, a fourth instalment of Limitless Win has also been commissioned.
Discussing the show’s concept when Limitless Win was first launched, Ant said he and Dec were “hooked in” by its uniqueness.
He explained: “What makes our show different is, it’s the world’s first limitless jackpot.
“That’s the selling point for us and that’s what hooked us in, the fact that there’s no top prize.”
Earlier this year, the presenters confirmed the show would be continuing when they signed a new three-year deal with ITV, bringing their time with the broadcast to a milestone 25 years.
Ant and Dec are making their return to the small screen just weeks after the finale of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Which saw Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson crowned as the King of the Jungle.
The fan-favourite duo teased that the upcoming third season of the game show is going to be bigger and better than previous years.
Ant teased: “More contestants climb over a million pounds on our ladder than we’ve ever had before. And big wins. What can I say about the big wins, Dec?”
To which Dec replied: “Not too much! Although safe to say, it’s a groundbreaking series in more ways than one.”
The pressure mounted for the duo in the second series with the addition of the Takes Two lifeline, but they said they’re better prepared this time around because they know what’s at stake for the contestants.
“We are better. We’re more prepared. Season 2 was a bit of a shock, wasn’t it?” Ant said, before joking: “We’ve only got 30 seconds and it takes us 20 seconds to get round the desk as we’ve only got little legs!”
Dec added: “The pressure is huge when you’re playing for these contestants to get them further up the ladder and possibly win serious amounts of cash.
“But I’m proud to say we did, without giving too much away. We did get some spot on and help some contestants win a considerable amount of money.”
Ant and Dec aren’t the only ones who are prepared, either.
“Going into series three people have been doing loads of research and come really prepared. No wonder we’ve had more people going further up the ladder than ever before,” Dec admitted.
And it’s paid off according to his co-host, who confirmed: “We’ve had more people climb up the ladder than ever before.”
He added: “This series sees the biggest win in the show’s history. Can I say that?!”
“I think you just did!” Dec replied. He continued: “There were a lot of accountants around the studio looking even greyer than normal!”
In the third series, Ant and Dec will welcome a mix of teams made up of friends, siblings, parent and child, and married couples to compete for the limitless jackpot.
Season 3 of Ant & Dec’s Limitless Win will start Saturday 6th January on ITV1 and ITVX. The first two seasons are available to stream now.
