IT’S never too late to go after your fitness and style goals, said one mom.

A 40-year-old mom-of-three said she’s not only in the best shape of her life but she also gets mistaken for being under 21.

Lauren Tipton (@laurentipton_) shared a workout video with over 11,000 TikTok followers.

The mom flexed her muscles in a sports bra and leggings, showing off her biceps.

“In the best shape of my life at 40 with 3 kids,” she said.

The mom may be 40 but she’s still a teenager at heart, especially in her sense of style.

In one video, the mom showed off her figure in a tank top and some denim shorts.

“Just a mom still dressing like a teen,” she said, strutting as if on a runway and flashing a megawatt smile.

Her youthful energy was quite convincing, as the mom reported back on an instance of getting carded.

“When you’re 40 and you get carded at the liquor store,” she said, thrilled.

Lauren busted out into dance for the occasion, jumping for joy as she showed off a few moves.
