Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed the receipt of India's extradition request for 26/11 attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed but emphasized the absence of a bilateral extradition treaty between India and Pakistan. Despite being designated a terrorist by the UN and EU in the 2000s, Saeed was neither charged nor extradited over nearly two decades.
