Desperate hunt launched for Leah Mullins, 14, after teen ‘was seen getting into a burgundy car and disappeared’
A DESPERATE hunt has been launched for a missing 14-year-old girl who vanished after being seen getting into a car.
Leah Mullins was last seen at 7.30pm last night in Sherston, near Malmesbury.
Wiltshire Police have now revealed fears that she was seen getting into a “dark” or burgundy car.
A police spokesperson said: “We are urgently appealing to the public to help find 14-year-old Leah Mullins who has been reported missing in Sherston, near Malmesbury.
“Leah was last seen at about 7.30pm this evening (29/12) and her family are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
“She is a vulnerable person and may appear to be confused or upset.
“Leah was reportedly seen to get into a possibly burgundy or dark coloured older estate car near the Angel Pub on Sherston High Street.”
She was wearing a pair of blue fleece shorts and a white Bambi t-shirt.
She is not wearing a coat and has blonde hair worn loose.
Anyone with information or who knows where Leah is should contact police immediately by calling 999 and quoting log 263 of today’s date (29/12).
