We have been s**t this xmas period

Lets get our head out of the sand. A few weeks ago we were 3rd and yes be thrashed Ipswich BUT we need to change our formation when playing away from home. We need to play 3 in midfield.

It must be clear to everyone that our starting 11 and bench are just not good enough to finish in the top 2 AND not good enough to win promotion if we finish in the top 6.

The board need to spend money in the next few days to bring in 3-4 players who would start in the first 11.
