A BEAUTY fan has revealed the tricks she uses to keep her skin looking tight without getting any Botox or filler. 

The skincare fan says she keeps her routine to a minimum so it’s easy to keep up with and sometimes she doesnt even wash her face.

Mary Renée who goes by @lebaneseangel22 shared her tips in a TikTok video online. 

She said: “You don’t need face filler, you just need a gua sha tutorial.”

Mary then proceeded to share with her followers to routine she uses to drain excess water retention in her face. 

She said: “Step one, open our lymph node first under your armpit, 10 circular motion.

“Take these with your fingers in front and behind your ears. 10 circular motion, 10 presses on your nose, and 10 circles between your eyebrows.

Next, Mary said she uses oil to make the gua sha easier to glide. 

She said: “ Now we lather our face with oil. Does not matter what oil you use, cause you’re gonna wash off right after.” 

“We’re gonna start with the jawline using the long end down. We’re going to go up towards that pressure point around the ear and drag it down. Repeat this 10 times.”

“If You have any tension in your jaw, just gonna pull and hold. Hold slowly, work it out. When you get it out, it should be really smooth.”

Next, Mary went in to tackle her smile lines. 

The beauty fan said: “For a smile lines screen, use the long end hand. Quick drags right over that smile line. 

“And we start at the corner of our lip and drag up towards that pressure point and down 10 times.”

“For the cheekbone, using the long end down. This part is to glide perfectly over your cheekbone. You go up like this and then down.

Mary explained dragging the gua sha down to you next was essential.

She said: “Please do not skip the dragging down. If you’re pushing all of the fluid and You don’t push it down, it’s just gonna sit right here and you’re gonna look even puffier.”

“Last part of my face, I do my eyes. I use very light pressure. I use the long end down. I glide 10 swipes this way, 10 swipes this way, pull it all out and drag it down. Using the long end of the gua Sha.”

Then Mary showed her viewer how she chisells her jaw. 

She said: “ We do 10 swipes up, carve under the chin and jawline. This is really chiselling.

And then we drag it down, up, rotate down.”

“Final step, I carve that chin on times. And then I repeat the jaw up and down.”

Afterwards, Mary compared both sides of her face to see if using the gua sha has made a difference. 

She said: “This side is done. This side is not. You can see it’s just a little more tight and chiselled.”

“And this side is still a little puffier. We have a little texture here and some lumpy bumpies. And the side is like perfectly flat.”

She confessed: “ But I never see a huge difference right after. It’s more about the long-term benefit of using the gua sha.”

“Stimulate blood circulation, promote cell turnover, and improve skin elasticity all over your face. And that’s what I’m looking for in anti-ageing.”
