I'd imagine after working on it in training, and getting his message across at half time Dyche will have believed we'd improve second half. It's not like we will have executed the game plan up to that point.

So I can sort of understand why he didn't change it at half time... Obviously though that was just compounding the initial error, but I don't necessarily think it's just stubbornous that prevents managers like Dyche seeing what's wrong, more they will believe it the players execute the game plan then the system will work.

I'm just hoping he finds a solution to Doucoure being out, because even if he's back the next match we can't just have no answer to him being missing if it happens again... and today's system clearly isn't a solution in the slightest.
