The club absolutely gave him a hospital pass with the timing and press conference.

But he's dealt with pressure at the highest level in this sport, and I assume he felt he could handle it. It's not worked so far, I hope he can turn it around but I think he's getting a little desperate.

Maybe desperation will drive a performance at Leeds...
