FIJI: AUT student journalists bound for Pacific media experience

AUCKLAND (Pacific Media Watch): Two Auckland University of Technology students are headed to Fiji this weekend for two weeks on internship with local media.

Niklas Brandt Pedersen, on exchange from Denmark, is hoping to learn about a whole new media landscape.

“I’ve been working a couple of years in Denmark at the Danish Broadcasting Corporation, in a country that is placed third on the world freedom index,” he said.
