THE Sight Center of Northwest Ohio, established in 1923 as the Toledo Society for the Blind, hosted a new fund-raiser, the Blind Wine Event sponsored by Walman Optical, in July at the center's South Toledo facility. Wine, food, and interactive awareness activities were offered to engage the senses and change the way vision loss is seen, said Tim Tegge, development coordinator.
