Criticallly injured cyclist intentionally struck, police say

Two people are charged in connection with a 20-year-old bicyclist who was allegedly intentionally struck by a car about 11:12 a.m. Friday in North Toledo. One of the arrested individuals was free on bond while under indictment for illegal possession and handling of a gun.
