The University of Toledo football program shared the joy of victory Saturday with approximately 40 special needs students from Toledo Public Schools and around the area at its eighth annual Victory Day at the Glass Bowl.

WAUSEON — James Figy, a leader in agriculture, church, and community who for years teamed with his father in the family poultry business, died Tuesday in Swanton Valley Rehabilitation Center near Swanton. He was 95.
