The Blade’s July 18 story “Residents oppose ditch petition for Tenmile Creek, concerned about price” failed to mention the worst aspects of these watershed petitions, which are the all-encompassing area of the plan; the unprecedented, unlimited tax power; and the government’s right to go on private property.
