CARSON - Cornerback David Amerson said earlier this week he was finally feeling healthier. He said he hoped to play in the Raiders’ season finale “if they put me out there.” They won’t. Amerson, who was limited in practice all week, is inactive for a ninth consecutive game today because of a foot injury that has lingered since Week 7. DENVER (AP) — A man fired more than 100 rounds at sheriff's deputies early Sunday, killing one and injuring four others, before being fatally shot himself in what authorities called an ambush. Two civilians were also injured. Douglas County Sheriff Tony Spurlock said the shooting occurred at a home at the Copper Canyon Apartments, a landscaped complex in Highlands Ranch, 16 miles (28 kilometers) south of Denver.
