Apparently this project cost 12,000,000 Rubles!! It's supposed to be a taxi drone service.. But looks like all they did is get the cheapest drone parts and put a bubble around them. Also not sure on who would fit in that "taxi".. unless it's a coffin delivery service.. Or perhaps it's a Putin transport.
Can't say which part of this shaky, DIY drone looks like it cost 12 Million Rubles. They definitely pocketed a good chunk of the money though.
