OAK HARBOR, Ohio — The U.S. Secretary of the Interior announced Wednesday a proposal to add new or additional fishing and hunting opportunities at 74 national wildlife refuges and 15 national fish hatchery properties managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
