HANOI (Reuters) - Vietnam's National Assembly will ratify the Vietnam-EU free trade agreement at its upcoming meeting, Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh said on Wednesday.

A professional singer held a concert on his balcony to entertain his neighbours in eastern China during the coronavirus outbreak. The video, filmed in the city of Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province on February 8, shows a 27-year-old man named Wang Congjin singing into a microphone with the music played out of the stereo equipment on his balcony. Neighbours turned on the lights on their phones and started waving while listening to Wang. However, since spit can transmit the virus, the local authorities called off Wang's concert.
Diplomats from 25 countries including Germany, Canada, France and Afghanistan reached Kashmir on Wednesday (February 12). An unknown woman was allegedly caught on CCTV stealing a newborn baby from a maternity ward at a hospital in central India. The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd (GE Shipping) on Wednesday reported a 10.7 per cent rise in consolidated profit at Rs 330.71 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2019. The country's largest private ship liner had posted a consolidated profit of Rs 298.63 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a filing to the BSE. Its consolidated revenue of operations increased to Rs 1,077.35 crore, compared with Rs 971.17 crore a year ago, the filing said.
