The government has changed the timings of classes in the district from 9am to 3pm. The new timings will be effective from Thursday, until further orders are issued. The district basic education officer, Mr. BSA Surjit Kumar Singh, said that the order will imply on all government aided and private schools in the district. The block education officers have been asked to ensure compliance of the order in the schools of their respective areas.
