2 held, minor detained for firing at jeweller in Gurugram

A 49-year-old jeweller was shot on December 6 in Sector 11. The two suspects, identified as Vikram (alias Vikki) and Tushar (alias Gillu), have been arrested. The motive for the robbery appears to have been robbery, but the shooter, a juvenile, fired at the victim, leaving him grievously injured. The suspects were arrested and taken on police remand for three days. The juvenile was sent to a correction home.

Fire breaks out in Sohna slum, 50-year-old ragpicker dies

Out of the 165 patients, 138 were detected to have cervical cancer, 27 have breast cancer, nine oral cancer, and one a malignant tumour in the lungs. The leading causes of high morbidity and mortality from cancer in Gurgaon are negligent attitude towards personal health, lack of awareness and stigma, and lack of treatment and screening initiatives.
