Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation fined Rs 10,000 for not submitting liquor rates

«The Times of India» (indiatimes.com) 

The Madras high court has imposed a fine of 10,000 on the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation (Tasmac) for failing to submit information about the name of the companies that it was procuring liquor from and procurement rates, in a sealed cover to the court. It also directed the corporation to pay the amount to the Cancer Institute in Chennai.
