The issue was brought to the attention of the security personnel and the police, who advised the students against the act. A landslide killed two workers and injured three others near a construction site in Lakhimpur subdivision of Cachar district on Sunday. The deceased were identified as Krishna Roy, 33, and Saajanti Munda, 27. A herd of wild elephants attacked and killed two men on a bicycle in a remote area of Charaideo District on Monday morning. A teenager and a man from Ganjam, in Odisha, have been arrested for allegedly stabbing three people to death at an embroidery factory in Surat, Gujarat on Sunday.
