Canada not doing enough with its highly educated immigrants, StatsCan says

Thanks in part to highly educated immigrants, Canada has the highest percentage in the G7 of working-age people with college or university credentials, according to Statistics Canada. Yet the agency suggests we're 'leaving talent on the table' by failing to recognize their qualifications.
