I’m so obsessed with Home Bargains it’s like being in a cult – I went to one of the biggest in the country and went wild
WITH December finally here, many of us have begun to get our Christmas decorations out for the festive season.
Lauren Saddington, a huge Home Bargains fan, who has amassed an impressive 495.7k followers and 19.4million likes on TikTok, has taken to the video sharing platform to show off her epic festive haul.
The social media user took to the social media app just one day ago, as she filmed her trip to a brand new Home Bargains store.
Lauren posted her clip with the caption ‘Is this Home Bargains gonna be worth the hype’, as she filmed herself shopping around the aisles.
And the shopping trip was a huge success, as Lauren left with an overflowing trolley and an impressive £200 Christmas haul.
She said: “I have been told that a huge Home Bargains store has opened in Preston, so I’ve got my coffee, I’m in the car and I’m going straight there.
“I’m here and it is massive – it’s next to HomeSense, Tk Maxx, it’s just got everything.
“It’s taken me 20 minutes to find a parking space and I needed to park next to Home Bargains because I can’t carry my bags all the way round.
“I will jump on people for them lollipops.
“I just rang my friend Holly and she was like ‘Are you part of a Home Bargains cult? How did you know this was opening’, I was like ‘because all of my followers tagged me in it and you lot don’t care about my bank account’.
“Even the sign is massive.
“I’ve got a big trolley – I’m overwhelmed.
“Oh my god, it’s happening – stop it, stop it”.
Lauren was thrilled as she entered the huge store, as she explained: “I’m already out of control”, as she showed off two large sleighs in her trolley.
She also said: “I’ve been looking for these, I’m obsessed, £1.99” as she shared a clip of the vast array of Christmas signs.
She continued: “There’s so many aisles.
“Hello you, you’re coming home with me”, as she picked up a gorgeous gingerbread house decoration.
But that wasn’t all, Lauren spotted another giant gingerbread decoration, to which she added: “Oh my god, I’ve been looking for this”.
Lauren also said: “Love a bit of snow spray.
“I’m just in Heaven.
“Oh my god, will that fit me? That is a bit of me” as she laid eyes on a Grinch onesie.
The savvy shopper was also impressed with a Mickey Mouse Christmas tree topper, as she noted: “That is too cute”.
She stated: “These look so cute on trees” as she grabbed three elves and put them in her large trolley.
Lauren also added: “They’ve got reindeer dust and Christmas crackers.
“So many candles.
“Oh my god I love it.
“I’ve had a great time. This store is a 9 out of 10, only because everyone kept grabbing the last thing of everything in front of me.
“I nearly had to elbow someone out the way for a lollipop”.
Lauren’s video has clearly impressed many, as it has very quickly racked up a whopping 814.4k views.
It has 75.4k likes, 936 comments and 1,262 shares.
One person said: “Surely you can’t need anymore you’re so funny, love you, Home Bargains should be paying you for being an ambassador” to which Lauren responded “I need my own Christmas collection at this point”.
Another added: “Omg Christmas heaven”.
A third commented: “They’ll be £890 please” to which Lauren replied “£200 not as bad as I thought hahaha”.
