The city’s air quality slipped to the ‘very poor’ category on Sunday owing to unfavourable meteorological conditions affecting the dispersal of pollutants. The overall air quality index (AQI) was recorded at 318 (very poor) on Sunday as against 300 (poor) recorded the previous day.
