It just shows Orta isn't doing his job. We missed out on Gvardiol for wanting to dump him in the u23s, whereas Leipzig agreed to loan him back to Dinamo. As you say, players don't want to leave to play u21 or drop down from first term football. Even English players are starting to look abroad now rather than waste away in u21 football.
