Jaguar with VIP numberplate kills woman parking scooter in Noida

The sedan, police said, was being driven by Samuel Andrew Pyster, a resident of Faridabad who works with a multinational payment card services company. He had come to Noida along with some friends to have breakfast at Starbucks, the cops said.
