NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – Emily Lauer (Knox, Pa./Keystone) of the Allegheny women's basketball team was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Player of the Week while Jess Bickart (Cranberry Township, Pa./Seneca Valley) was named the PAC Rookie of the Week for their performances in a pair of conference wins last week.
