Doha: Goncalo Ramos scored a hat-trick after replacing Cristiano Ronaldo in the Portugal side as they demolished Switzerland 6-1 to reach the World Cup quarter-finals on Tuesday.

The Benfica forward scored his third goal midway through the second half, with veteran Pepe, Raphael Guerreiro and Rafael Leao also on the scoresheet.
