I asked my hairstylist for curtain bangs – instead I got the ‘windshield special,’ people are horrified
A TIKTOK user revealed her recently butchered hair, and people are horrified by the finished look.
The content creator, who uses the handle @Itzaloo on TikTok, shared the disaster haircut she got after requesting curtain bangs.
The influencer showed her stylist three reference photos of the hairdo she wanted done ahead of a friend’s wedding.
In her video, she explained that the hairdresser began prepping her hair, but she didn’t seem to understand the TikToker’s desired length.
When the customer corrected her, the stylist told her she was layering her locks and not to worry.
“Me, being the dumb person that I am [agreed], but I don’t know how to cut hair,” the influencer told her followers.
When she finally noticed that the stylist had cut her hair way too short, just above her ear, the damage was already done.
After having a breakdown over her ruined hair, the content creator asked the manager to even out the look.
She then informed the staff at the salon that they had lost her business, and was surprised by the response she received.
“She was like ‘Don’t worry, I’ll void the transaction,'” the influencer explained.
Luckily, the wedding guest was able to salvage her hair in time for the big day thanks to a hair stylist friend.
TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the shocking haircut.
