The charge sheet was submitted before a special court of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in Kolkata. The charge sheet also “reportedly mentioned Manik Bhattacharya's son’s company involvement in routing the money”, people in the know said. Manik, while being produced in court, urged the court not to include his wife and son in the case.
