Clear planning, strategy necessary for powerful creative writing among students

SHAH ALAM: The empowerment of creative writing among schoolchildren must be improved from time to time through clear planning and strategy so that young people’s talents can be marketed to local and international markets, said newly minted Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek.
