On Site Opera, which presents site-specific operas in non-traditional venues, this week is reviving its production of Gian Carlo Menotti’s one act opera, Amahl and the Night Visitors, at Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan.
