MANCHESTER UNITED have submitted an enquiry for World Cup star Goncalo Ramos, according to reports.

The Portugal forward has been on fine form for his country and Benfica this season and is seen as a long-term replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.

This comes as United are believed to be viewing alternative options to Cody Gakpo.

Elsewhere, Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to make Marcus Rashford one of the highest paid players in world football, according to reports.

His contract at Old Trafford is up at the end of the season and he could be set for a move to France, with PSG reportedly willing to offer him a £850,000-a-week deal.
