DCW issues notice to Amazon, Flipkart over sale of acid on the ecommerce platforms

The notice comes after an acid attack on a teen in Delhi. “DCW has learnt that the accused bought acid through ‘Flipkart’ & that acid is easily available on ‘Amazon’ & ‘Flipkart’ which is illegal,” said a DCW letter, seeking details.
