Report: UNLV hiring Bobby Petrino as OC

Former Arkansas and Louisville head coach Bobby Petrino will be the offensive coordinator at UNLV, ESPN reported Thursday.

Petrino returns to the FBS ranks after spending the past three seasons as the head coach at FCS-level Missouri State, where he led the Bears to the playoffs in two of those campaigns.

Barry Odom was named the head coach at UNLV earlier this month.
