The funeral has taken place of "Johnny" Johnson, last of the Dambusters, who has died at 101. He was the bomb-aimer, flat on his belly in the nose-cone of the Lancaster that made 10 approaches to its designated dam in the face of withering flak so that it could place its bouncing bomb in exactly the right place.
