A PLUS-SIZE woman who would rather ditch a bra has shared a game-changing tank top.

The body-positive fitness coach loves that it can be casually thrown on without constricting underwear.

While bras can give the desired lift, they’re not necessary for every look.

In fact, there are tops on the market for any shape or size that can allow you to go bra-free.

Taking to social media, content creator Katie Johnson shared a winning find with TikTok followers.

“I found the best tank top to never have to wear a bra with,” she began in a video.

She modeled the chocolate brown, cropped tank top with thick straps for viewers.

“Do you see this? No bra,” she stressed.

She shared that when she typically wears a tank top, her breasts hang a bit lower, but this particular tank top effectively holds the girls up.

“It is so like compressive, but in the most comfortable flattering way.

“And it doesn’t even have a built-in bra, I’m like so pumped about this,” she gushed.

Johnson was sporting The Allora Tank ($48) from the brand Vitality in the color ‘Coffee Bean.’

A viewer in the comments section of Johnson’s video had another suggestion for tops that could be worn without a bra.

“They also have reaaaally good tops in H&M!!” they wrote.
