It was little before 6 p.m. on a Wednesday at Real Seafood Company at The Docks and pianist Jeff Kerscher was ready to get to work. He flipped through his sheet music, making sure he had everything he needed. Songs on the music stand included classic pop standards by Billy Joel, Elton John, Journey, Styx, and REO Speedwagon.
