Both the states are going to assembly polls early next year. In the Meghalaya capital Shillong, the Prime Minister will participate in the golden jubilee celebration of the North Eastern Council. He will also inaugurate, dedicate and lay the foundation stone of multiple projects worth over '2,450 crore in the state.
