Speaking to ET as his government completed four years in power on Saturday, Baghel said, "Free electricity to farmers, free foodgrains and healthcare is not muft ki revdi (free revdi). It is essential for the government to provide for the people. After 15 years of BJP rule in Chhattisgarh, our government had to introduce special steps to bring the people up to a certain level."
