DEAR DEIDRE: CHRISTMAS is going to be so difficult this year and it is all my fault.
My gambling addiction has left me feeling so anxious and low. I am even too scared to go out.
I am 44 and my husband is 45.
We have been together for 12 years and have two sons, aged eight and six.
My addiction began online with live games and has caused me so much heartache as I have lost so much money.
I can’t bear to work out exactly how much I have gambled away in the last year but it’s more than £4,000.
