FANS spotted a female Argentina fan celebrating TOPLESS after their dramatic World Cup win.

After Gonzalo Montiel’s decisive penalty kick, the TV cameras panned to the jubilant Argentina fans.

And one women left nothing to the imagination as she celebrated with her top off.

Fans were quick to take to social media to point out she risked arrest due to the very strict conservative laws in Qatar.
