In a Facebook post, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan congratulated Argentina for the world cup victory. "Congratulations to Argentina who won the football World Cup. Lionel Messi led Argentina to victory -- the most precious achievement of his career," Vijayan said.
