Medical staff are wearing new badges which will affect the way they speak to patients

Jargon Free Zone leader Dr Vicki Rodulson told Express.co.uk that the use of overly technical language causes patients "anxiety and confusion" - and can lead them to be less compliant with the treatments prescribed by healthcare providers.
