Irfan Solanki, brother of MLA Rizwan Solanki, has had two attempts to get bail rejected in a case of arson. A district judge in Kanpur, India, has said that there is enough evidence to convict Irfan and his brother Rizwan of setting fire to a woman's hut in November.
